Self-Degradation Kills You Mentally

Me and my efforts, both are useless.

How often do you think so? I see many people at work, home, and studies feed this pep talk always. Why do people behave so? And, I also see the people who are good at communicating, financials, or having a nice fortune keep on commenting by looking at these people.

More than going to gym every day to shape the body is far more easier than acquiring mental strength, sustaining through the bad times, and developing courage.

To overcome this negative pep talk, you can act on it in number of ways but the most potential belief you must acquire is:

  1. Realizing that life is never easy to anyone on the planet
  2. Tough times have an expiry date
  3. Today's struggle is a sign of tomorrow's greatness

If you can embed these three powerful mentor lines in your belief system and keep on giving pep talks on these lines, believe me, transformation is no more impossible.

The only way to start believing in yourself is by focusing on what you can do and how you can rise from existing difficulties rather than sitting and worrying continuously, creating a life of hell. Choice is yours among infinite permutations and combinations of opportunities.
